I worked with Bridget on a project to develop and implement a new coaching culture across Belron.
Bridget became our external partner and identified the key elements within coaching that were needed to help it become the norm. Having created the coaching model, Bridget was instrumental in the roll out, working with the different countries to deliver the training. This programme is still in use and forms the foundation of interpersonal skills across Belron.
